a six week iRest Yoga Nidra course

Meditation doesn’t have to be hard.

And it certainly doesn’t have to be boring.

Join me for this online six week meditation course to dive deep in the wonderful world of iRest Yoga Nidra.

In this course you’ll increase your self knowledge and you’ll learn how to gracefully and authentically meet the ups and downs of life with peace and calm.

It’s more than a just meditation practice. It’s a way of life.

You’ve heard that meditation is good for you, right?

The benefits of meditation are far reaching and include:

increased happiness
increased wellbeing
decreased depression, anxiety and stress
increased creativity, productivity, performance and focus
increased resiliency and coping with daily life
healing from chronic pain, chronic fatigue and cancer
improved fertility
overcoming trauma
simply being more present and mindful
deeper self understanding and even enlightenment

Life is busy and fast paced.

With so much technology and choice these days it can get overwhelming.

Meditation gives you a tool to connect to a place within that is deeper than than all this.  A place that is calm, at ease and peaceful, amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life.

My own meditation journey was a bumpy one.

I read about meditation and intellectualised it for a few years before actually trying it (you know, reading about meditation is not the same as actually doing it).  When I finally sat down to try it, I had such a monkey mind that I thought I couldn’t meditate.

But I persisted.

I spent years learning various meditation techniques with gurus in India, teachers in the USA, UK and Australia, and I even wrote my doctoral thesis on mindfulness meditation for depression and anxiety.

But it wasn’t until I tried Integrative Restoration Yoga Nidra® that I finally found a meditation practice that was simple, easy, enjoyable and brought me all those benefits I’d read about.
